Depending on the plan chosen, customers can access templates, a page editor, AI copy tools, form creation tools, enquiry management, mobile previews, brand settings, and export-ready page creation features. FreeWebsites Builder Pro includes expanded template access, higher AI copy usage, more page and export flexibility, and additional capacity compared to FreeWebsites Builder.
FreeWebsites Builder and FreeWebsites Builder Pro do not include website hosting, server access, infrastructure services, domain registration, SSL certificate services, or managed hosting. You use the software to create and export your own pages, and you choose how to use, publish, or distribute them.
3Software Access
Your subscription provides access to the FreeWebsites Builder or FreeWebsites Builder Pro software for the billing period it covers. The specific tools and usage available depend on the plan you have selected. While your subscription is active, you can sign in to use the builder tools included in your plan.
Access is granted to the account holder. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
4Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and billing details.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for the content, claims, images, trademarks, and legal compliance of the pages you create.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
5Subscription Billing
FreeWebsites Builder and FreeWebsites Builder Pro may be available as monthly or annual software subscriptions. Customers may choose monthly or annual billing where available. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown at checkout. Payments, billing, tax calculation, invoices, refunds and subscription management may be handled by Dodo Payments as our payment provider and/or merchant of record, depending on your location and checkout configuration. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges for your selected billing period until you cancel.
If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access to the software may be limited, suspended or cancelled according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
6What The Subscription Includes
Customers receive access to software tools, templates, AI copy tools, the form builder, enquiry tools, and export-ready page creation features depending on the selected plan. FreeWebsites Builder provides core builder tools. FreeWebsites Builder Pro includes expanded template access, higher AI copy usage, more page and export flexibility, and additional capacity. Specific features available may vary over time as the software is improved.
FreeWebsites Builder is a self-service software tool. It is not a done-for-you website service, a web design service, or an agency service.
7Your Content And Created Pages
You retain responsibility for the content you add through the software, including text, images, business information, form fields, and any enquiries you collect. You confirm you have the right to use the content you add and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for how you use, export, publish, or distribute the pages you create, and for ensuring they meet any legal obligations that apply to your business and audience.
8AI-Generated Content
The software includes AI copy tools that can help generate page content such as headlines, descriptions, FAQs, and calls-to-action based on the details you provide. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and may require review and editing by you before use. You are responsible for checking and approving any content before you publish or distribute it.
9Acceptable Use
You agree to use the software lawfully and in line with these terms. The software is intended for creating legitimate business and personal pages using the builder, templates, AI tools, and forms provided.
10Prohibited Use
- Illegal content, fraud, phishing, or spam.
- Malware, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the software or accounts.
- Misleading claims, impersonation, or infringing content.
- Abusive use, or use that harms others or violates their rights.
- Reselling or redistributing software access in a way not permitted by your plan.
We may suspend or end access where use breaches these terms.
11No Guarantee Of Results
FreeWebsites Builder provides software tools to help you create pages. We do not guarantee specific business results, leads, traffic, sales, search rankings, or conversions from pages you create.
12Software Availability
We aim to keep the software available and running smoothly. From time to time, access may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription according to the billing terms shown at checkout to avoid future renewal charges. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the selected billing plan. Previous payments are not automatically refunded unless required by law or specifically stated in this Refund Policy. Cancelling may limit or end access to the software features.
14Intellectual Property
The FreeWebsites Builder software, templates, and brand remain the property of FreeWebsites Builder and its licensors. You keep ownership of the original content you create, subject to the rights you need to use any templates and assets provided through the software.
15Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once software access has been provided for the billing period. 17Limitation Of Liability
